Develop high-level recruitment strategies and cost effective advertising campaigns. Review applications and sourced candidates. Consult with hiring managers, clients and candidates on recruitment processes. Screen, test, check references, and review background results of potential candidates. Recruit candidates for entry-level to executive level positions. Conduct in-person and phone interviews/screenings. Participate in job fairs and community outreach programs and establish community based partnerships to generate qualified candidates. Identify candidates utilizing sourcing methods via cold calling, referral requests, in-house databases and on line recruiting resources. Prepare, negotiate and extend job offers in compliance with compensation guidelines.
