Create and review job descriptions to match appropriate classification and salary range. Knowledge of compensation programs guidelines, policies and procedures, incentives and sign on bonuses. Assist managers and staff in understanding and applying appropriate compensation to ensure equity and compliance. Recommend compensation plans; prepare and maintain company salary structure. Create and implement performance evaluation system. Administer, enroll and present employee benefits program to potential candidates, employees, and managers.
